1. Consume at least 1-2 cans of black beans everyday:

Eating a black bean can will you give you 25 grams of protein and 25-30 grams of fiber, which is required for good and healthy body mechanism. It simply packs a nutritional punch! Besides a black bean can, include 2 eggs a day for breakfast and instead of pleasing your taste buds with tangy junk food, have green salad for lunch.

It’s as simple as it sounds!! It has been observed that majority of Indians consume an average of 12 grams of fiber a day and this is why 34.4% Indians suffers from obesity.

2. Eat 2-3 apples a day

You must have come across this saying many a times that “an apple a day, keeps a doctor away”, but now in such a polluted environment, one apple won’t really help you much, thus it is advisable to eat at least 2 apples a day. Apples are enriched in its water content and besides it, have 5-10 grams of fiber each... again more fiber. This is because fiber shields other dietary mistakes.

It's purely safe and natural. Nothing to worry about! A bag of 20 apples cost will cost you about 250 bugs, which is reasonable enough!

Well…here you go... that's truly the best diet to lose weight to begin with.

On and all, you no more need to stick at old and colorless diet plan advice. All you need to do is eat more leafy vegetables, drink at least 8 glasses of water and religiously do your work out on a regular basis.
